- 1 tsp oil
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 4 sliced chicken breasts
- 1 green and 1 red bell pepper
- Babycorn
- Mangetout
- 120g Philadelphia Light
- 4 tbsp semi-skimmed milk/coconut milk
- 1 lime juiced

- Fry the oil and onions for 1 – 3 minutes
- Add the curry paste and chicken for 4 – 6 minutes
- Add the vegetables for 2 – 3 minutes
- Add the milk and Philadelphia Light until melted
- Add lime juice
