  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • 4 sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 green and 1 red bell pepper
  • Babycorn
  • Mangetout
  • 120g Philadelphia Light
  • 4 tbsp semi-skimmed milk/​coconut milk
  • 1 lime juiced

  • Fry the oil and onions for 13 minutes
  • Add the curry paste and chicken for 46 minutes
  • Add the vegetables for 23 minutes
  • Add the milk and Philadelphia Light until melted
  • Add lime juice
