# Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 mugs of self-raising flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp of caster sugar

Wet ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Oil
  • Milk

# Method

  • Put dry ingredients into a bowl
  • Prepare your egg in a mug by adding 4 tbsp of oil into the mug, and filling the mug to the top with milk
  • Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients.
  • Form scone shapes and place onto a floured tray.
  • Place into an oven preheated to 180ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
