- 2 mugs of self-raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp of caster sugar
- 1 egg
- Put dry ingredients into a bowl
- Prepare your egg in a mug by adding 4 tbsp of oil into the mug, and filling the mug to the top with milk
- Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients.
- Form scone shapes and place onto a floured tray.
- Place into an oven preheated to 180ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
