  • 100g butter
  • 125ml golden syrup
  • 175g porridge oats
  • 50g sesame seeds/​pumpkin seeds
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 60g apricots (dried)
  • 50g sunflower seeds

  • Melt butter and syrup until bubbling
  • Heat the oven to 170ºC
  • Combine your ingredients and spread them onto a lined baking tray
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
