- 100g butter
- 125ml golden syrup
- 175g porridge oats
- 50g sesame seeds/pumpkin seeds
- 50g hazelnuts
- 60g apricots (dried)
- 50g sunflower seeds

- Melt butter and syrup until bubbling
- Heat the oven to 170ºC
- Combine your ingredients and spread them onto a lined baking tray
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
