GCC NHS Prayers
Requests, prayers and thoughts from our own health and care workers.
Can you pray for the staff who are unwell which is putting us under more pressure and mostly the fear of the unknown at the moment? It quite a scary place to be at the moment and staff and patients are all afraid. Pray God will protect us all and give us the right mindset to face new challenges that we have never faced before. Also for our children of the staff that we can keep well and protect our children too.
I guess for me I have been praying against a spirit of fear and praying for a supernatural peace and protection, and even that I would get new opportunities to talk about Christ to my colleagues!
Please pray for peace for the parents and the young people; the mental health of, in particular, single parents. Pray that they know they are capable.
Prayer for protection for ourselves and for our families would be wonderful. Prayer for the supply of personal protective equipment…that there would be enough in the coming weeks and months. Prayer for the patients and their families. It’s such a scary time for everyone! Prayer for all the staff…again for protection and unity in working as a team.
