Here are a couple of pointers to get started.
Choose your Weekly Fast
Pick one day a week during Lent, and then choose a time window and something to fast from during that time.
Pick a “Prayer Rhythm” with someone
Fasting without prayer is just a bad diet, so look for some things you can pray over for the whole of Lent, a prayer rhythm for your days of fasting, and also maybe a friend to be sharing with during this whole season.
